Listening is the initiating act in the design process. It is through listening that the designer becomes attuned to the vision that each client has to offer. The understanding of this vision is the key to the process that results in a successful solution. This step cannot be skipped - the success of the collaboration depends on the fulfillment of the promise of this element of the design relationship.

Learn.
The process of learning informs successful collaboration.
We want to know our clients well so we can serve them well. It is as we listen that we learn the unique personality of each individual and organization that we serve.The knowledge is the foundation of the understanding between designer and client that allows the collaborative process to move forward and be successful.

Lead.
The practice of leading guides to a successful solution.
We use our skills, talent and experience to guide the design and construction process to a successful conclusion. As an inclusive process, we marshal the strengths of all the members of the project team to guide the process and insure that the vision is maintained. Specialized skills are introduced as required to advance the vision. Specific milestones and requirements are set, measured and accomplished. The process of Listen.Learn.Lead is an established formula for success.
