CB&T Bank of Middle Georgia is an industry leader in banking and investment in the Middle Georgia area. JMA was retained to provide a commercial and retail banking facility, as well as the new Corporate Headquarters and training facility. The lower floor includes the banking lobby, tellers, customer service area, and mortgage lending offices. The second floor houses the commercial lending division, executive offices, and board room. The exterior of the building is detailed in various brick colors with accents of stucoo and glass. A custom designed frieze is detailed above the building entrances, and reflects the CB&T corporate logo. Custom designed brackets accentuate the large building eaves, and honor the area's southern heritage.

This building is the flagship of CB&T's presence in Middle Georgia. The appearance of the building demands a second and third glance of the passing motorist. The outward appeal of the building is surpassed by the interior design. JMA did a masterful work in design, and functionality...
